After your session has completed, there will be two yellow buttons to the top right of the classroom, one of which you can use to "report” a complaint. Additionally, you can "report” a complaint through the dashboard by clicking "Session” and then finding your completed lesson under the "Completed” tab and clicking "report.” A learner must report a session within the first 12 hours after the session has ended. The report is first pushed to the tutor who can give a full refund, a partial refund, or no refund. If the learner is unhappy with how the tutor has resolved the issue they can further escalate this to the Admin, but this must be done within the first 12 hours after the tutor’s response to the initial report.
