On your dashboard, click on "Withdrawals" under "History."  Then click the "Request Withdrawal" button. Currently, there are two methods for withdrawal, withdrawing into your PayPal account and withdrawing into your bank account. Please note that the processing time to withdraw to a PayPal account is 1-3 days and the processing time for withdrawing to a bank account is 3-10 days.
