After your session, have your student submit a report within 12 hours. This reported will be pushed to you where you can initiate a refund. If the student is deserving of a refund but hasn't submitted a report you may contact the admin. Send the admin an email at contact@shzam.com using the email we have listed on file. This will be used for verification. Your email should include the date and time of the session, name of the student, total price of the session, and the amount to be refunded to the learner.
